The estimated PE cost of $75,000 for this project is based on this project including new warning devices, signal preemption, and surface replacement with widening. Per UP public projects manual, the estimated cost on a complex project with railroad warning devices is $50,000 and $15,000 for a complex railroad crossing surface.
