Background and Discussion:
Harris County Precinct 1 seeks a vendor to support the development of a four-year Precinct 1 Strategic Plan, with an Implementation Roadmap and Decision-Making Framework, that will:
* Capture the Precinct's mission statement, vision statement, and values;
* Clarify the goals to guide the Precinct for the next four years and the associated objectives and strategies for achieving those goals;
* Tie defined goals with meaningful and measurable performance measures for the Precinct; and
* Create a system of strategic performance measurement and reporting that ensures the Precinct is efficiently and effectively advancing the Precinct's goals.
Expected Impact:
