Background and Discussion:
The project includes the construction of concrete sidewalk with ADA ramps from Rio Bonito and Sierra Blanca Drive, West of O'Donnell Middle School, and Hearne Elementary school. This project was completed to unsure reliable and safe routes of transportation to residents of the Harris County. The project was overseen by Harris County Engineering Department CPI-Construction Programs Division.
This final change order is for a deduction of the final adjustment in the amount of $82,726.86. Change includes quantity adjustments of existing items for final values. Final Adjustment is the reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities.
Expected Impact:
The change order allows unused funds to return to precinct and the contractor can be compensated for their work.
