On June 9, 2020, Commissioners Court passed ten motions for creating a more effective, fair, and equitable criminal legal system. This memo provides an update from the Office of County Administration (OCA) Research and Analysis Division (RAD) and Technical Assistance and Performance (TAP) regarding those motions.
