Background and Discussion:
The location of the work is in the Western Homes Subdivision is in the Halls Bayou Watershed. The proposed improvements include installation of new storm sewer system, roadway paving, driveway paving, widening and regrading of existing roadside ditches, and detention pond improvements.
The change in contract includes the following:
* PCO #9 - Swapping proposed 12" RCP with trench drain -Field conditions led to installing trench drain instead of 12" RCPs called out on plans. There is enough underrunning on 12" RCP (line item #40), therefore no funding increase is necessary to extend the existing line item #38 by 36 LF. Extended the existing line item #38 by 36 LF, deducted from existing line item #40 by 91.75 LF. Added $0.00 and 2 days.
* PCO #10 -Added driveway on Stirrup Street - A driveway was added due to existing field conditions on Stirrup Street thereby potentially overrunning trench drain and concrete driveway line items #38 and #29 respectively.
