Background and Discussion:
Barrett Station (Phase 1 - Dreamland Place) Subdivision Drainage Improvements project is in the Northeast area of Harris County, east of FM 2100 and north of FM 1942. The scope of this project includes regrading roadside ditches, replace undersized driveway culverts, removal and replacement of driveways, road replacement in certain sections and construction of a dry bottom detention basin with pump station on the northeast corner of the subdivision, south of East Broussard.
The Change in contract request includes the following:
* PCO 1: Adding 15 days to contract time due to an increase in the addition of 16 driveways to be constructed due to field conditions that were not initially shown on the design plans.
* PCO 2: Adding 30 days to contract time due to field conditions where the Municipal Utility District need to redesign the existing sewer service lead, manholes, sewer service lines and water lines that were not initially shown to be a conflict as per the design plans.
