Background and Discussion:
The change includes On-Call Construction of Outdoor Canopy Fabric and Frames Replacement throughout Precinct 1.
Precinct 1 requested to replace existing Canopy due to very poor condition at Tom Bass lll at Pavilion #4. Scope of work includes labor and equipment to remove and reinstall, deliver to supplier, sewing and patching the canopy, pick-up and shipment to location.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allows Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
