Background and Discussion:
The County Attorney's Office urgently needs new case management software. The current software is
hindering productivity, and a solution has been in the works for more than a year. This item is for an
Implementation partner to assist in finding this software.
Expected Impact:
The implementation will help us identify and prioritize the requirements of the office, assist us in renewing the
wide array of products offered in the marketplace so that we choose one of the best suited for our needs,
then facilitate the transition for a new system.
