Background and Discussion:
Ms. Davis is a nominee recommended by the current board members of the Harris County Essential Workers Board (HCEWB), in accordance with the criteria described in Sections 16 and 18-22 of the board bylaws. Ms. Davis fulfills the "Healthcare or Public Health" category, one of the affected Essential Industries described in the board bylaws. Positions 10 through 13 shall serve a one-year first term, and subsequent appointments shall serve three-year terms.
