Background and Discussion:
This court action is supplemental to the March 26, 2024 court action approving a purchase order to renew leased parking spaces. Following the Commissioners Court's approval to renew the purchase order, Metropolis, LLC has presented a new agreement applicable for the continued utilization of parking facilities. The prior parking lease agreement was with Premier Parking of Tennessee, which has since transitioned to Metropolis, LLC.

The Harris County Toll Road Authority's Customer Service Adjudication Office is located at 1310 Prairie. This request is for sixteen (16) parking spaces at the 1311 Preston garage to be allocated for use by staff assigned to the adjudication location.

The approval of this request provides HCTRA staff with continued use of sixteen (16) downtown parking spaces for County business.
