Background and Discussion:
Project includes the construction of a concrete walking trail along Fondren Diversion Channel from Willowbend Drive to West Bellfort Avenue, including the reconstruction of several back swell interceptors.
The change in contract includes:
* The final reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities.
