Background and Discussion:
Project includes the reconstruction of Holderrieth Rd from SH 249 to 850' west of Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd. Reconstruction includes an upgrade of the roadway from a two-lane asphalt road with open ditches to a 4-lane concrete curb and gutter boulevard with a 32' raised median.
Change includes the relocation of service line, water line and gas line. All these relocations was essential to install roadway and roadway infrastructure (sidewalk) per plans.
