Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of underground utilities and 4 lane asphalt pavements on Clay Road and 4 lane concrete pavements on Porter Road plus a new signal at the intersection.

* Additional Detour quantities for Porter Road
* Stabilized construction access payment
* Additional temporary Commercial Driveways
* Additional work surrounding Ventana Ridge Drive that was not shown on the original plans
