Background and Discussion:
Construction of sidewalk at Aerobic Drive from West Lake Houston Parkway to Atasca Wood Trace. Precinct 3 commits to funding 50 % of the construction cost up to a maximum of $100,000 for the sidewalk and will contract, manage, and utilize Precinct 3 contractors to construct the project. HCMUD No. 152 commits to contribute the remainder of the construction cost and will initiate the design, survey, TDLR approval / substantially completion inspection, and permitting for the sidewalk and fully fund the design. Any utility issues that are identified during design will need to be coordinated and vetted prior to construction.
