Background and Discussion:
Request the First Amendment for professional engineering services for the design of channel conveyance improvements and stormwater detention basins projects with R.G. Miller Engineers, Inc. in the additional amount of $4,000,000 for various design and improvement projects for professional engineering services for the design of channel conveyance improvements and stormwater detention basins projects for the Flood Control District. The term of the Master Agreement is hereby amended to extend until June 30, 2028, or the completion of the last of the projects under the Master Agreement, P118-23-00 and Tributaries Conveyance and Detention Improvements or P118-25-00 and Tributaries Conveyance and Detention Improvements, whichever is later. Project was started prior to launch of County's MWBE program.
