Background and Discussion:
HCED-TS recommends toaward the construction phase services contract to the primary designer of the Townsen Park-n-Ride MultiModal Connector project, Job No. 23/0268, LJA Engineering. The award of the subject contract is to help complete construction of a hike & bike trail connection from Spring Creek at IH 59 to Metro Park & Ride located at West Townsen Boulevard.
Expected Impact:
Precinct 3 will have the resources necessary to complete construction of a hike & bike trail connection from Spring Creek at IH 59 to Metro Park & Ride located at West Townsen Boulevard.
