Background and Discussion:
Marvida Development has an existing agreement for West Road medians. They now have additional medians that will need to be added to the maintenance agreement. The same POA, S-G II Owners Association, will be is handling the maintenance of the new medians.
Expected Impact:
Maintenance of the turf, plant beds, trees and irrigation installed within median with provide healthy and pristine environment to the community.
Alternative Options:
The alternative option for this proposal would be denial of this project which may cause a negative impact for surrounding communities and roadway improvements.
