Background and Discussion:
The original commercial agreement commenced on or about September 1, 2013. This Lease agrees to permit the Licensee to build and maintain parking area at 10585 Westoffice Dr.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will extend the term through August 31, 2028. The extension will provide parking for Harris County Community Supervision and Corrections Department.
