Background and Discussion:
To reduce the funding from $886,017,959.50 to $884,290,631.91. A portion of the $1,727,327.59 ($1,580,687.59) in CDBG-DR funds was temporary reduce from the cancelled Harris County Engineering Drainage Improvements Project (Carol Drive) and will be reallocated to Pasadena Drainage Improvements for Armand Bayou Upper Reaches Project in the Amendment 12 from the GLO. The remaining $146,640.00 in CDBG-DR funds is for GLO to contract a technical assistance provider for additional six months to assist the county with grant processing and closeout. The following attachment were revised: Project Budget and Performance Statements throughout programs.
Expected Impact:
To provide recovery for areas impacting by Hurricane Harvey in Harris County. The fiscal impact of this amendment is a temporary reduction in CDBG-DR Harvey grant to be restored in next Amendment.
