Background and Discussion:
On January 10, 2023 and August 8, 2023, Harris County Commissioners Court approved the PY23 Annual Plan for Entitlement funds, which included a global project that is supported by the above referenced Infrastructure Investments project activities.
Scopes for each Project:
HC Pct 3 N. Eldrigde Parkway Target Area 38 - Jersey LMI Sidewalk Project: to construct approximately 15,200 feet of sidewalk along N. Eldridge Pkwy and West Rd. to provide safe pedestrian access to facilities and school within the area. This shall benefit four thousand eighty hundred thirty (4,830) persons, which is (60.30%) are low to moderate income in Precinct Three.
HC FWSD 1-A Waterline Replacement Phase 2 Project: to installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of 8", 6", and 4" water lines to serve approximately 150 single family residential homes due to the water distribution system does not meet current standards.
