Background and Discussion:
Universal Services is constantly upgrading our readiness to meet and exceed the expectations of our county customers for digital services. In order to meet the demands Universal Services is building an internal training and employee/stakeholder engagement program. Engagement in team building, employee engagement, tabletop exercises and other methods are planned to build our service delivery and readiness to meet the customer expectations.
There are activities such as Annual Rehearsal of Concept (ROC), Public Services Awards, Employee Appreciation Luncheon and Tabletop exercises conducted throughout the year to build employee morale and synergy in operations.
The request is to cover the food, facilities, and miscellaneous cost for these events throughout the fiscal year. Fund currently exists in the current budget.
