Background and Discussion:
Annual Fundraising event happening at Bay Area Community Center for the 3rd time. Proceeds from the admission will go towards the costs of staging the event. Admission fee is $5 for adults and $1 for children
Expected Impact:
Expecting 150-200 guests. Event times are: 7/26/24 12-8p for set-up and 7/27/24 8a-9a vendor setup, 9a-5p open to the public, and 5p-6p is the final cleanup. The event will take place at the Bay Area Community Center and utilize the surround parking lot.
