Annual Fundraising event happening at Sylvan Beach for the 1st time. The event will have start at 10:30a, lunch will be served, and then there will be a program, silent auction, and raffle. A table price is $125.
Expected Impact:
Expecting 300 guests. Event times are: 4/10/2024 10a-7p for set/up and d?cor AND 4/11/2024 8am-10:30a will be finishing touches, 10:30a-2:30p event time, and 2:30-5p cleanup time. The event will take place at the Sylvan Beach Pavilion and utilize the surround fields and parking lot.
