Background and Discussion:
The requested positions for Operational Excellence Director (1), Sr. Category Manager (3), Category Manager (2), Sr. Contracts Manager (2), Contracts Manager (1), Sr. Sourcing Manager (1), Sourcing Manager (1), Public Information Officer (1), Training Officer (1), was a result of the recommendation by Protiviti for the Procure to Pay initiative; staffing levels compared to other agencies is considerably lower.
Expected Impact:
