Background and Discussion:
Project includes mowing service of roadways in East Aldine Camp. The Precinct has requested for the new bid items to be added for the mowing services within the camp facility.
Change includes bid Item # 005 for the Hardy maintenance camp at 11901 West Hardy Road, Houston, TX 77076. These services includes finished mowing, edging, trimming, removing trash, trimming plants/shrubs, general lawn maintenance, mulching once per year, and mowing the detention pond at the camp. This contract term required 22 service visits, with the unit price $625.00 per visit.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the term contract value.
