Background and Discussion:
Commissioner Precinct One is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and equitable management of the football facilities at El Franco Lee Park, so that they are of maximum benefit to the community. To meet that responsibility for 2024, Precinct One conducted an open process of requesting written proposals for management of facilities. Those proposals were then evaluated by a Precinct committee using a predetermined set of criteria. Based on that process, Sagemont Cowboys Football & Drill, a nonprofit Texas corporation, has been selected as the best choice for management of the El Franco Lee Park football facilities for 2024.

Provision of efficiently, effectively, and equitably managed football facilities at El Franco Lee Park.
