Background and Discussion:
The Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) reviews and evaluates H-GAC's regional transportation plans and provides its recommendations to the Transportation Policy Council (TPC). The TAC is an appointed body, which is comprised of representatives of member governments and special citizen interest groups with expertise in transportation planning. Each year, Harris County Commissioners Court may appoint representatives to the TAC. New terms begin on February 1st of each year and expire on January 31st of the following year.
Expected Impact:
The appointments will ensure the continuity of Harris County's representation on the TAC.
