Background and Discussion:
Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 1.85 miles of Crosby Lynchburg Road (FM 2100) from Magnolia Drive south to Lochness Drive and includes the widening of the bridge over HCFCD Channel G103-05. Change in Contract includes adding new pay items and 10 Days for additional work needed to correct unforeseen problems, and for additional work as requested by Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
Change in Contract allows the Contractor to incorporate the additional work to complete the project as intended without time impacts for performing the added work.
