Background and Discussion:
The project was redistricted and rescoped from Precinct 4 to Precinct 3. The request is to approve an amendment for extra study and design services required to complete the Precinct 3 rescope. The amendment includes pond design for a second pond that was not originally scoped and the associated survey, geotechnical investigation, and environmental work. The current selected drainage option includes a siphon located under gas lines to avoid relocating the gas lines a second time. The siphon design will also require the traffic control plan be reworked from when the project was designed in Precinct 4.
Expected Impact: The approval of this amendment will ensure the successful competition of the project to incorporate the Precinct 3 rescope requirements.
