Background and Discussion:
This roadway expansion will include construction of approximately 2,150 linear feet of the remaining two lanes of full concrete boulevard section going westbound on Madera Run Parkway from East of Radura Road to West of Hickory Arroyo Drive. Precinct 3 commits to funding 50 % of the total construction cost for the roadway construction. Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 504 commits to contribute 50 % of the total construction cost, and will initiate the design, survey, and permitting for the roadway and fully fund the design. Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 504 will also contract, manage, and utilize Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 504 contractors to construct the project.
