Background and Discussion:
Towne Lake Management District has applied for a permit to install nonstandard items within the Harris County to serve the Towne Lake community. The construction of the nonstandard item will not impact the surrounding community and will meet all Harris County infrastructure regulations and safety precautions.
Expected Impact:
Towne Lake Management District prefers to provide residents with enhanced amenities and frequent maintenance for consistency with other privately maintained locations.
