Background and Discussion:
In August of 2022, Commissioners Court approved a construction award for site construction for a portion of the existing HCTRA facility to be used by Precinct 2 for their East Aldine Maintenance Camp. Scope includes the installation of a maintenance shed, expanding the detention pond, drainage improvements, utility modifications and site preparation for a temporary building installation, and associated miscellaneous construction.
Expected Impact:
Modifications to the site will support the maintenance needs of the East Aldine area within Precinct 2.
