Background and Discussion:
Human Resources and Risk Management (HRRM) currently provides consultative services to Pollution Control Services (PCS) regarding employment needs, employee relation matters, training programs, compensation analysis, employee benefits, and other human resources issues. Expected Impact:
Integrating human resources operations into HRRM will provide greater infrastructure, support, improved efficiencies, and greater internal controls to PCS.
